Joe’s Garage is a new style of gym. It’s not filled with fancy machines or meatheads. It’s a place where you can train and get great results with some of Sydney’s leading personal trainers at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training. It’s a place with a sense of community and soul, a place where the trainers and the other members care about the results you get.

We run small groups with a maximum 12 people per class, you get the benefits of the knowledge of a highly skilled personal trainer but at a lot less cost. You still get individual attention in the group unlike doing a pump class in a big gym. You get to learn proper technique and exercise in a safe but challenging program.

At Joe’s Garage you are taught old fashioned training fundamentals, get to work on the basics and build a strong foundation. It's a place where you will find purely functional equipment: ropes, free weights, gymnastic equipment, kettle bells, tyres. It's a place where you squat, jump, bound, lift, lunge, push, pull, throw and sprint.

That program is our all new Sweat & Tears program.

Sweat & Tears, as the name suggests is not easy but we guarantee this... aside from being challenging, it is fun!

Sweat & Tears is a whole training program. It is all encompassing and goal driven. It covers all the modalities of training in a structured way.
